1. Creating a DeckTracker Account
Create a free DeckTracker account to upload your Magic Online decks, and start using the resources on the website. Account creation takes about two minutes. See our FAQ for more information on account registration.

2. Uploading your Magic Online Card Pool
DeckTracker members will have access to their own Account Area, which includes lots of nifty tools for managing your Magic Online decks. After you've created your DeckTracker account, the first thing you'll want to do is upload a copy of your Magic Online Card Pool. Your Card Pool is a list of all your Magic Online cards. It is used by many of the resources on the website. For example, when viewing a deck in the Deck Library, the site will check your Card Pool to tell you how many of each card you need in order to create that deck!

To upload your Magic Online Card Pool, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Magic Online game.

  2. In Magic Online, click on the Collection tab. (See item A in Figure 1 below.)

  3. On the Collection screen (the screen that looks like a card binder) click the "spreadsheet" icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. (See item B in Figure 1 below.) Clicking the "spreadsheet" icon will change the screen from showing a binder to a text list of cards.

  4. In the spreadsheet view, right-click anywhere on the screen to display a menu with several options. (See Figure 2 below.) From this menu, chose Select All. This will highlight all the listed cards.

  5. Right-click anywhere on the screen a second time to open the menu again. This time, chose the option Export as CSV. (See item C in Figure 2 below.) This option will prompt you to save a ".csv" spreadsheet file containing all the cards in your collection. Save this CSV file in a location on your computer that you'll be able to find later. We'll use the CSV file again in a minute.
